Our Production
Process
Our Multimedia filtration combined with UV disinfection constitutes a comprehensive purification method. This multi-step procedure effectively addresses a diverse array of contaminants. Initially, a multimedia filter functions as a stratified barrier. Sand efficiently eliminates larger particles, while anthracite coal targets organic substances and undesirable flavors. Further media may refine the water, enhancing its clarity. Ultimately, a UV chamber administers a potent dose of ultraviolet light, disturbing the genetic material of bacteria and viruses, thereby neutralizing their harmful effects. This dual approach guarantees that our water is not only pure and invigorating but also safe for consumption.
Facilities
Our tube ice machines produce uniform tubular ice with a long shelf life. The freezer freezes ice in vertical stainless-steel tubes using environmentally friendly Ammonia refrigerant. Ice is released by gravity and cut into 25mm pieces. All water-contact surfaces are stainless steel. The high side equipment includes a refrigeration compressor, motor, cooling tower, and receiver, with automatic operation controlled by a specially designed panel.
